Brian C. Johnson is licensed in South Carolina State and Federal Courts and focuses his practice in the areas of Criminal, Domestic (Divorce), Workers Compensation and Personal Injury law.

Brian received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Charleston in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2000. Upon graduation, Brian was appointed as an Assistant Attorney General by South Carolina Attorney General Charlie Condon. During this time, Brian prosecuted criminal cases and worked as a member of the Criminal Domestic Violence Task Force. A native of Charleston, Brian returned home in 2002 working with both Finkel & Altman and the Clekis Law Firm. In February of 2006, Brian and longtime friend Ryan Bluestein formed Bluestein & Johnson, LLC.

Brian is active in the Charleston community and serves as an adjunct professor at Southern Wesleyan University teaching legal classes. He is a member of the SC Trial Lawyers Association and the Charleston County Bar.
