Brian G. Burke serves the citizens of the low country in the federal, state, county and municipal courts of South Carolina. He is a 1995 graduate of The Citadel, a former police officer and attorney for Judge James C. Williams, Jr. of the South Carolina Circuit Court.

His practice currently involves criminal defense, domestic and family law (divorce, child custody, child support, alimony and adoption) and personal injury work. He has over ten years in the legal system, including four as a police officer.
